I have never posted a review.  This will be my first. We had a very wet basement, wet walls and standing water in certain areas. We first paid to have a house inspector come in and go over his recommendations.  There were many areas that had to be fixed inside and out. I contacted four highly recommended basement companies.  Called all four and met with three.   Had an appointment with the top rated.  When they called to tell me they were on their way they asked if my husband was going to be home.  I told them he was working and that we had discussed everything that needed to be done.  They told me they would not come if he was not going to be here. I tried another time - same answer. Met with Chris from Neverwet.  He explained all that needed to be done and showed me a complete book with pictures.  We discussed price and then told him I would be in touch. He came back three times because of questions we had.  No pressure.  One never called back and met with the other. He came and discussed  what needed to be done.  He also gave me a quote right then.  I actually laughed out loud. His quote was $30,000 more than neverwet.  By ty the time he left he got it down to about the same.  He called me constantly and many texts.  Scrap that one. I cannot tell you enough about neverwet.  Efficient, hardworking, pleasant, patient, etc. They went above and beyond what was expected.  They took away anything I didn't want anymore.(no charge)  Their workers were the best I have ever met. The owner Kevin Giufre is the best along his manager Sterling Delves.  They promised no water and wetness and I got that and more.  When they left they cleaned everything. Even with some extras they did on their own to improve it not one penny was owed after. Neverwet Basement Waterproofing is a reputable and trustworthy company. They are family owned and respond promptly when called. Their pricing is competitive and most importantly they do a quality job. We had both our exterior and interior waterproofed plus our basement sump pump replaced. He wet about replacing my failed sump pump without any effort on his part. He worked fast, very clean, Stirling went out of his way to explain what he had done, He gave me very important information about my new installation.
